Tenant Charges
The following items will be charged to the tenant, where applicable;
Variation of contract – If the tenant requests a change to the Tenancy agreement such as adding a Pets clause during the tenancy or other changes requested by the Tenant which alters the obligations of the agreement. Up to £48 inc. VAT
The reasonable cost of replacement of lost keys and security devices up to £50 inc. VAT for replacement keys and whatever the replacement cost is of any security devices.
Change of tenant – To reference new tenant, negotiating and drafting a new tenancy agreement £48 inc. VAT or reasonable fees based on £15.00 per hour.
